Customs, documents and inspection, done properly the first time
The paperwork behind every shipment: customs declarations, certificates, bills of lading and independent inspection reports.
What this service covers
A cargo stuck at a border because of a missing certificate costs more than the freight itself. Documentation is the least glamorous part of trade, and it is the part where we spend the most care.
Our documentation team prepares and checks export declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and quality, bills of lading and rail waybills. We coordinate with customs brokers on both sides of the route so each document matches the next.
Inspection is arranged through independent agencies that sample, test and supervise loading. Their report gives you and your bank neutral evidence that the cargo matches the contract, and that is the foundation for payments under letters of credit and similar instruments.

What we arrange
- Export customs declarations and broker coordination
- Certificates of origin, quality and quantity
- Bills of lading, rail waybills and CMR notes
- Independent inspection: quantity, quality, sealing
- Letter of credit document checking
- Compliance checks and sanctions screening of parties
