Multimodal delivery: rail, sea and road working as one plan
A single logistics plan from loading point to final destination, with one team responsible for every handover along the way.
What this service covers
The hard part of complex shipments is not any single leg. It is the handover between legs: the rail wagon arriving a day after the vessel, the truck that cannot discharge at the terminal. Multimodal planning tries to solve those problems before they occur.
TEMI Logistics looks at the whole journey. A shipment may start on a rail tank car from a Kazakh refinery, change to a vessel at a Caspian or Black Sea port, and finish on a road tanker at the customer's depot. One of our coordinators owns that chain and speaks to every party.
You get one timeline, one set of documents and a single contact who knows where your cargo is. We use independent carriers for each leg, so we can choose the best option on cost and reliability for each route.

What we arrange
- Single point of contact across all legs
- Rail + sea, road + sea and rail + road combinations
- Transshipment planning at ports and rail heads
- Consolidated documentation and tracking
- Delivered-terms quotes (CIF, DAP, DDP) where possible
- Contingency routing when a corridor is disrupted

What is multimodal transport?
It is a shipment moved by two or more transport modes, such as rail and sea, under one coordinated plan.
Do I deal with one company?
Yes. We coordinate all legs, and you have a single point of contact even though independent carriers move the cargo.
Can you quote delivered prices?
Yes, where the route is confirmed. Otherwise we quote FCA, FOB or CIF terms as you prefer.
